My Story

Francisco Victa’s Paper on Racial Diversity in the PCA

As a PCA pastor, I’ve always felt called to lead a church that reflects the diversity of heaven—men and women, young and old, and people of all races. This vision, though, comes with real challenges. I started this research to understand how to honor God’s glory through racial diversity in a way that’s grounded in Scripture. I also wanted to see how my fellow elders and leaders in the denomination tackle this topic, drawing on their insights to guide me in this endeavor.
