About Me

Cisco Victa

Cisco Victa is an ordained teaching minister with the Presbyterian Church in America (PCA) and a member of the Susquehanna Valley Presbytery. With over two decades of ministry experience, he has dedicated his life to spiritual leadership, serving in various pastoral roles. Cisco spent more than a decade as a lead pastor in New Hampshire, where he spearheaded efforts in church revitalization and planting. He has also served as an assistant pastor with Trinity Presbyterian Church (Harrisburg) and Hershey Presbyterian Church. Currently, he is the lead pastor of the Lebanon Valley PCA church plant, where he shepherds the congregation in its growth and mission.

In May 2024, Cisco earned his Doctor of Ministry (DMin) from Knox Theological Seminary. His research thesis explored racial diversity in the PCA, highlighting his dedication to building unity and addressing critical issues within the church. Cisco is also advancing his skills as a leadership coach, having completed training with By Design Coaching and the MNA Coaching Network. He is pursuing certification with the International Coaching Federation, equipping him to inspire and encourage leaders in ministry and beyond to thrive in their callings.

In addition to his pastoral and coaching roles, Cisco completed a chaplain residency at Penn State Hershey Medical Center, serving in the Surgical Intensive Care Unit. He continues to provide spiritual care as an associate chaplain, extending his ministry to those navigating life’s most challenging moments.

Cisco holds a Master of Divinity from Liberty University and resides in Cleona, Pennsylvania, with his wife, Kati, and their eight children: Rhema, Faith, Francisco IV, Malacai, Gloria Grace, Judah, Zion, and Phoebe.
